Amazing service! Couldn’t of asked for better hosts over the weekend. They listened to our noisy cars and offered to help on many occasions always checking to see how they could make our stay better. Room was beautiful with an amazing spa bath! Would highly reccomend any one visiting timaru to check out the Avenue motor lodge as you won’t be disappointed. Reasonable money and worth every cent we paid.

Staying here I had heard that traffic noise wasn't good but not sure what they were talking about. Was in the first room. First apartment on the block. Noise was fine but may be a window latch and front door adjustment might help the case. Again as most. Clean and tidy and in parts needed some TLC to get it back up there. Huge tv's every where and the rooms were of a good size. The living kitchen dinning room was huge. Small deck with a couple of chairs looking into the owners unkeeped dog poo garden with the dog barking at me each and every time going out there. Apart from was great. Will try the back rooms later on in my trips but thanks team.

This Motor lodge was easy to find, the reception was first class, and the unit matched up with its rating and description. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and lounge chairs, the facilities were very clean, and I would recommend this Motor Lodge to any traveller
