This hotel is tucked away down a narrow street beside the cathedral it has a private car park (at an extra charge) the room was utilitarian though the french windows had a charm, the bathroom was well used but serivcable, the breakfast (taken in the restaurant) was amazing for the price the restaurant itself is gorgeous being the courtyard of an old wayside inn, The staff were very attentive they took our cases to the rooms , a service that many 4 star hotels don't offer, the hotel boasts an enclosed area opposite the hotel entrance where meals can be taken or drinks had. Beware the cost of a G & T check the prices before ordering. all in all a very restful 3 days stay

Fabulous location inside the city walls. Friendly staff who spoke English and our bags were carried up to our room. Secure parking. The U tube video to find the car park was a great idea and worked really well. Spacious room. Breakfast was adequate, but a bit of a disappointment after the excellent dinner we had enjoyed the previous evening. WiFi was a bit clunky.

According to their bill its a 2 star hotel, not sure about that?. Bit awkward to find in the old town due to the one way streets but its behind the cathedral. I had to walk to it and get them to show me the way in.
All very friendly, room was fine if a bit dated. Quite. 63euros a night. Parking 8 euros. The car park is in a locked compound next door very safe
Did not try the restaurant.
Not much in Avila when you have seen the 3 main sights, OK for a 1/2 day while passing through. The walls are impressive having been restores.
Town is run down. Nissan factory looked shut so things were not good for them. There is a big Guardia College there and usual supemarkets.
Excellent drive through the Jerta Valley to Plasencia , go when the Cherry Blossom is out.

We stayed on the 1st floor. The room was clean and the bathroom was good, however, it was very noisy due to the stomping feet from the floor above or the shower noise from the room next door. I recommend that you stay on the top floor and away from other occupied rooms if you want a tranquil stay. Not sure if they have elevators if you have a heavy suitcase....

Thank you very much for your opinion.

The hotel is a quiet hotel, we felt that the other customers bother you with noise.

Yours sincerely.

This traditional little hotel is nestled in the walls of the city - a beautiful building with a particularly gorgeous courtyard restaurant - suggest you ring ahead and book a table in the courtyard for dinner. Dinner very good, staff charming (no English to speak of but menu in English available). Rooms hot but great bathroom and loads of lovely hot and cold water. In a little pedestrian alley 2 mins from cathedral. Have to admit it was a bit noisy as the spaniards like to go out late carousing but overall lovely.
