The staff there were incredibly kind- my sister and I were in a tour group all around Bali and the surrounding islands, we only stayed at the FRii hotel for 1 night but I accidentally left my favorite squishmallow there, he dropped under the bed and we left quickly early the next morning to join the tour so I didn’t notice until we were hours away at the next hotel. The FRii staff were so sweet, they texted me a picture of him and kept him at the front desk for a whole week until our tour ended and I could come pick him back up. I will never forget their kindness, thank you again!!!

The hotel was so nice and clean, would definitely come back on my next trip to Bali as it was in such a good location. It was at a good price, the room was cleaned everyday too. Couldn’t ask for more. Sudana was also such a lovely and friendly host!!!!!!

this hotel is great for many reasons; its location is very close to the beach, the pool area is pretty especially if you have a balcony from the second or third floor. The breakfast range is wide and tasty but my favourite thing about this hotel is the staff, in particular Sarah and Duya. Sarah is the sweetest woman I have ever met and the reason that I book to come back to this hotel in the space of a few weeks! She deserves so much recognition because I see her put so much effort into her work and she always give you a heartwarming welcome, make sure everything is comfortable for you and make you feel safe and at home. Duya is so kind and lovely and always made me smile. These women really make the place 10x better and I’m happy they were working when I stayed at this hotel. I would recommend this as a great place to stay to anyone.
