The Indonesian restaurant is set in a large traditional hall with incredible ancient artifacts and beautiful jewelry, some of which are for sale. The service was outstanding, which can be a problem in Bali restaurants. Our food and desserts were great. I would particularly recommend requesting the House secret sambal. I lived in Indonesia for 3 years and this is the best sambal I have ever tasted. Great coffee menu too.

This place was one of the highlights of our trip.

Thank Steve G

We came for dinner and the cultural dance night. Whilst the cultural event was entertaining the restaurant itself was underwhelming.

The food was just average and very expensive for Bali standards.
Service was pretty so-so and when you are paying top dollar i'd expect much more.

Not somewhere i'd be in a hurry to go back to.

Pros:
1. This restaurant is located inside a boutique hotel of the same name. The decor of both restaurant and its hotel is amazing. A mix of old antiques, baroque, Chinese, Balinese, and Javanese. Art lovers will surely love this place
2. The decor and lighting create a unique feeling. It's like eating inside a museum and you cannot wait for the food to come
3. We love Indonesian food and we really have expectation especially after reading some positive reviews. We ordered Nasi Campur, Satay Lilit and Satay Prawn, Spring Rolls, Martabak, and some sambals. They are all outstanding especially the Satay Lilit. Prawn Satay is a bit overcook but still excellent
4. Service is amazing and accommodating. Since most of the food are Indonesian food, the waiter took the initiative to explain some specialties in details
5. Price is affordable though the food, service, and decor quality is fine dining. Very great value of money

Cons:
1. Nothing!

We highly rated and recommending this restaurant especially for those who really appreciate Indonesian food. Some options of Asian dishes are also available to choose
