Loved absolutely everything about this hotel - staff amazing, clean, modern facilities and close to everything. Re: reviews on sun loungers - had no problems, was able to get one when we wanted noting sunset and afternoon are busier times. Breakfast buffet was great, a la carts also available which is a nice addition at no extra cost. Would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay with my family at Holiday Inn Resort Canggu. The resort is still very new as it just opened late 2023. The location is great as well as its near the beach and has many popular restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Motel Mexicola, etc.).
What was really outstanding was the hospitality at Holiday Inn Canggu. The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Enggal from the reservations team, and Suhaimi and Ayu from the Roomah team. They were absolutely lovely and a pleasure to speak to. Do definitely try the food at the hotel's restaurant, Roomah. They have a great selection of asian and western food. Reasonably priced, big portions and so tasty!
Will definitely stay at Holiday Inn again if I'm in Canggu.

Had the best experience in the pool with Weda and his aqua aerobics classes. My partner and I were flaking by the pool with no real plans before Weda announced his aqua aerobics class was about to begin. He brough such a vibe and he really made our day. Loved his energy and laughter. We’re a young couple and this activity is not our thing but man we enjoyed it!!

Fantastic staff, really friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room, quiet despite being in a busy location. Very well situated hotel, close to everything and walking distance to the beach. Delicious breakfast and good restaurant. Great view from the rooftop pool.

Well located 5 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the hub in Canggu. Service was great from check in to check out. The breakfast was very good except the room lacks ambience. The pool is great overlooking the ocean. This was the best part other hotel. There’s also a pool bar. Not enough sun lounges though. There’s 12 of them which isn’t enough. Overall I’d recommend the hotel for your stay in Canggu.
