Amazed by the service from the begining, the breakfast, the pool scenery, the room everything amazing for 4 stars hotel, i’ve been to some best 5 stars hotel in indonesia like langha*, sofite*, apurv* and holiday inn canggu almost got same service, good job, all the best for the team

New nice hotel Canggu. Close to beach (which was certainly clean), shops, restaurants, spa s. Despite IHG status we were booked in rather small room, view on construction works. Than after asking twice we could move to family suite. But we didn t want to mo e anymore.
Pool area nice on roof but very small. Almost impossible to have a sunbed. 1 remark that some guests don t take their towel with them so beds look occupied.
Beautiful sunset though. Music on roof very loud. Not possible to listen to own music or sleep.
All staff very friendly
Breakfast very good, also quality. Buffet and a la carte. All dishes lovely. Coffee (all sorts) tea, juices can be ordered too.
Canggu is busy. Not the real Bali anymore. Expensive restaurants

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is modern and clean as was our room. We booked the room with ocean views with a good sized balcony to watch the sunsets.
The location was perfect just 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to all the action of the shops, restaurants and bars.
The roof top infinity pool was the prefect place to relax and unwind with stunning views and a drink at the swim up pool bar.
Breakfast was included in our room rate which had a great selection and was absolutely delicious.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Holiday Inn to freinds and family and will definitely be back next time.

We stayed for two nights and took the two connecting rooms on the 5th floor, from which we could see the ocean. The room is spacious and has a living room, a bath tub and a balcony. The pool is located on the same floor as well and is perfect for sunset viewing. The food was great too! We ordered nasi goreng, hot dog and fish and chios. This is a perfect hotel if you are to explore canggu as there many nice restaurants, cafes and boutique nearby. The beach is within a walking distance.

There were very limited sun beds for its hotel guests @ the roof top pool n for the 2nd day consecutively we couldn't get any sun beds. By 10.30am they were already all fully taken up. Very big disappointment for me n my gf which we're truly upset. Point to take note if you're the type that like to laze around @the pool.
Breakfast was very good with many options n it tasted good. Suite room was nice, spacious n it feels luxurious with beautiful sea view. Hotel is located in a good located. Beach n restaurants are all nearby.
Service wise overall was just average.
