The accommodation is so clean and nice. It's nice to come as a couple and hang out. The staff is all kind. "Gung de" from Sunset Cocktail was especially friendly. They asked me questions and were kind.

minutes walk to nice restaurants and spa.very reasonable hotel rate. one of the best we have stayed in bali. worth the try. special thanks to yuda and elvira.

This hotel made my honeymoon trip so memorable, every particular on this hotel was amazing, our room was decorated by beautiful towel with the cake, staff always put high standard service, the manager Abbillah, Willy and Pebry at Front Desk, Ayu at Restaurant, pool located on the high floor and make you can see beautiful sunset. This hotel location also near to any restaurant. Of course in the future definetely we will back again.

This resort was opened in December 2023 so it is very new. I didn't know the layout of Canggu before booking so I thought we were away from the action. Turns out we were in the right spot.
Location - the resort is literally 3 minutes walk to Canggu beach. From this beach spot you can easily walk to Finns or Atlas in 5 minutes versus Canggu traffic. Also The Lawn, Times Beach Cafe are all 3 minutes from this hotel. Out on the road there alot massage shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping. The people in this area are young, trendy, fashion so it's a great vibe. There are loads of surfers and surfing schools and there were 3 yoga places all less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Hotel Service - this hotel deserves 6 or 7 stars for service. Every person at this hotel goes over and above to deliver exceptional customer service. Always smiling, always ensuring you are having the BEST experience and they will go above and beyond for you. For example at breakfast Elvira who is just so friendly went out of her way to make sure I had a smoothie bowl for breakfast even though it was not on the menu. She prearranged it so I would have it every day, now that is service. Fira another lady who works front desk is also so warm and inviting.
Hotel Rooms - I was tempted for the garden view room as the rooms inside are the same with the exception of the view. We stayed 10 nights so I purchased the Ocean View and so glad I did because the view is amazing and watching the big waves, surfers and sunset from your room is worth the money plus the sea breeze is nice. Rooms are well appointed, spacious.
Hotel Amenities- we were able to park our scooter at the hotel. Infinity pool is amazing won't cost you $2Million to sit there for a day and like I said it's new so nice running ponds and gardens, off the main street so you don't get the noise but so close that you are a 30 second walk to main street.
Some Holiday Inn in Australia are not great but this hotel was definitely 5 star, so don't think the name will deliver that cheap experience, complete opposite.
Finally the pool area has limited seating so either get in early with your towels or just ask the staff to make the next one available for you. We waited 20 minutes and had it for several hours. Pools gets busy around 4pm
