Regarding the billing issue, after conducting an investigation, we found that your credit card was used as a guarantee for additional charges such as laundry, restaurant, bar, spa, etc. We would like to clarify that no deductions were made from your card until the final bill. Upon check-out, we reviewed your bill thoroughly and ensured it was accurate. Unfortunately, our staff initially forgot to apply the 15% discount, but our front office cashier corrected this and included the discount in your final bill.
