Good location, not our favorite hotel experience.

Location of the hotel was good, right near the walking street and by the beach. Good restaurants and stores nearby.

Unfortunately not to our liking though. The facilities in the hotel were rather worn down. Terribly noisy in our room from the bars on the street. Wi-fi was poor. No parasols by the roof top pool, in 35 degree celsius weather.

Very polite staff, although a bit too ongoing. Difficult to rest by the pool as they would wake us up to ask if everything was okay, or if we were okay with them cleaning up by the the sunbeds nearby. Also had some issues with the bill upon check out, as they had charged us double for some drinks and food at the roof top bar, as well as our laundry.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your positive remarks about our location and the politeness of our staff. However, we're sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.

Regarding the billing issue, after conducting an investigation, we found that your credit card was used as a guarantee for additional charges such as laundry, restaurant, bar, spa, etc. We would like to clarify that no deductions were made from your card until the final bill. Upon check-out, we reviewed your bill thoroughly and ensured it was accurate. Unfortunately, our staff initially forgot to apply the 15% discount, but our front office cashier corrected this and included the discount in your final bill.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Fabulous, well appointed hotel 😊

The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is very well appointed. Super comfortable bed!

The staff here went out of their way to make sure our needs were not only met, but exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel itself is very centrally located.

All in all - great pool, awesome dining and fantastic staff

Nice modern and stylish Hotel with a really good kingsize bed, great variety of breakast with a lot of food options( asean indonesian western kitchen) and for me the best is the strategic location!!
You can walk to the beach, to the nice restaurants and party's and in the front off the hotel are atm's as well. and big compliments to the security Agus he was always helpfull to me and he give me a lot of good ideas in canggu! Great guy have always time to talk and laugh!!

Yes i do highly recommended this hotel

Very recomended

The hotel is in a very strategic location in Canggu, close to Batu Bolong Beach and Echo Beach. I really love the swimming pool with its direct ocean view. The restaurant is clean, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of food and drinks, all of which are very delicious. The hotel staff are also very nice and friendly.

I highly recommend it for anyone planning a vacation to Bali and looking for accommodation in the Canggu area.

Recommended Hotels in Canggu

I recommend this hotel for those of you who plan to stay in the Canggu area.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, complete hotel facilities, a varied breakfast menu, and also room facilities such as tv channels and stable internet, make me happy.
I will come back again if there is a vacation plan to Canggu.
