Checked in on Expedia and found this hotel.
Very small room with few plug ins and very low quality pillows.
The bed was too small for two people and the the bed springs were ‘shot’
While we did receive two more so called pillows they were of the same very used condition.
I would pay no more then 40 dollars for this room.More

Workers are excellent. All of them are extremely nice and very friendly.
From the kitchen lady that cooks breakfast everyday to the housekeeping, the gardeners or maintenance people and the friendly lady at perlas boutique and the receptionists. They keep the place clean and I give them thumbs up for sure. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here and also they have a beach club that you can go to all day and they allow u to used the golf cart if it’s available and when it’s not, they will call a cab to bring you there in their expense. The beach club is nice too and they have 2 but we only went to 1 beach club

The pictures are old, the property looks much different. There is no swimming pool on the property and there is loud music "blasting" from a bar across the street. The owner's are very dishonest,they don't care about people in general.They are greedy and will take advantage of you just to get your money.
New response denied. For what reason was my initial response denied? Everything was factual. WHY DO YOU ALLOW THE CLIENT TO MAKE UNTRUE ALLEGATIONS AND THEN DENY OURS?
The hotel is a 3mn walk to the beach but the pool featured is not in the hotel itself, the hotel pool/beach private access is actually a 10mn drive away. We were obviously disappointed their shuttle wasn't available so we had to drive to Ocotal beach to access the beach club and pool. Not very convenient!
Hotel location is amazing that said, it particular at night! Between bars, clubs and casinos... you will have lots of fun but not much of sleep. We had the feeling the casino club was in our room.
I understand that this hotel has a new administration, however it still needs a little love starting with paint and deep cleaning. There is also a need for non slip tape specially now that it is raining and there stairs have no roof. The service was ok as well as the breakfast. Keep working on the hotel renovation since this centric hotel has potential
It's a good hotel and close to the places you want to go to. It was clean and friendly staff. Music can be loud from the bars but that is to be expected. Ask the manager for guidance in the area. Jjjjjj
