The rooms were relatively ok. They were clean, but smaller, the sheets were kind of stained in the corner. We got in late, and there was a line, with 3 families ahead of us. One got finished as we walked in, but the other two took over an hour for them to get through. And when we got there, the lady at the front desk had no idea what she was doing. She tried to get our room, and would mess it up and start over, but instead of starting completely over, she just added a new room instead. We ended up with 4 rooms on it at one time. In the end we got charged twice. And she refused to acknowledge that she was doing it wrong. She finally got us our room, and when she did, the key didn't work. We had to go back 5 times because the keys didn't work, and she had to call her boss. Who had to get us a different room. We got here at 11 at night and we still weren't in our room by 1:30. And when my boyfriend went to complain the next morning, the boss said if we had a problem, we should have said it last night. My boyfriend said we had to wait for 2 and a half hours. The boss said it only took 5 min. That's just how long he was involved! And to top it off, they decided to mow the tiny patch of grass outside our door in the morning while we were still sleeping.
