Very beautiful and well managed property. Professional spa services with great infrastructure and friendly staff. Food was lovely and stay was smooth. Will highly recommend. Would recommend the ayurvedic massage and spa. It was an amazing treatment and one can expect the highest standards and practices of ayurveda here.

I’ll review my experience day wise as it was a roller coaster 🙃:
Day 1: pleasant welcome at the lobby. Checkin was hassle free. Was taken straight to our villa by the staff who were warm. As we were two families staying we took the upper room with lake view.. rooms were okayish with bathrooms needing major renovations..Now comes the crazy part. My wife felt someone peeking to the bathroom from outside.. you heard it right.. she saw the person twice just to be sure.. I immediately called the management.. They were swift to answer our grievances.. they shifted us to another room in the main block.. On enquiry I found out that they don’t have CC tv installed and there was no way to verify my claims. Now the whole vibe of staying in a resort was lost.. but somehow we made up our mind for the sake of the kids.Then we went for boating activity.. The pool where the activity was organised was small to say the least.. ACTIVITIES ARE OVERHYPED AND OVERPRICED.. avoid
Day 2: Breakfast was amazing.. they have a whole array of veg and no veg options.. restaurant staff behaviour was top notch and professional.. Now we went to kids play section.. my child was playing with a footmat Making a cave.. you know how kids are right? A short statured staff was unhappy about it and talked to my daughter in a rude way while I was there.. he could have told me to clear the area before leaving and I would have happily done that.. Then comes the rules for the pool area.. THEY WILL MAKE U BUY SWIMSUITS IF YOU ASK THEM OTHERWISE WE SAW PEOPLE SWIMMING IN UNDIES.. I paid a hefty sum of around 2k for the swim suits.. but at the same time saw other families swimming in whatever clothes they are comfortable with.. totally felt scammed. High rope is a good way to spend time and the staff there are well trained.. Coming back to the room the AC was not working properly..
Checkout was hassle free. GRE Soma ji was keen to hear our grievances in our stay.. such a kind lady.
Plus points: Breakfast,ambience of the lobby and front area.
Negative points: rooms need renovations, security is a risk as there are not enough CC TV installed. Vibe is missing. Will definitely not recommend this place to my friends visiting Kolkata

1.Resort is vell maintained
2.Pool dont have enought Accesories like.Swim tube,balls,play activities
3.Food is very good but expensive
4.Rooms are great
5.They should serve free evening snacks like mayfair and other 5 star resorts are providing
6.While boking its mentioned free Fruit basket But its unavailble in Room.
