Excellent stay at Novotel Kolkata.
On arrival, my room was upgraded and late check out given on my request.
The room was very spacious and clean with good amenities.
The gym facility was very good with a good choice of equipment.
Buffet breakfast has good variety 😋.

I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the staff during both arrival and departure. The check-in process is as smooth and quick, with staff members being welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Similarly, during check-out, we find the process hassle-free and appreciate the promptness in settling any final bills or requests. Overall, the check-in and check-out experience is as a positive aspect of staying at the hotel.
I asked to forget her name who assist me for check-in but at the time of Check-out "ARKITA" helped us for smooth check out.
We appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, that they are kept in good condition throughout our stay. The bathrooms are usually clean and well-stocked with toiletries, and the shower facilities are often praised for their water pressure and temperature control.
In terms of views, some rooms offer pleasant views of the city or the surrounding areas, depending on the location within the hotel.
