Great location easy access to North and South Kolakta as well as new town. Comfortable stay and very helpful staff.
Suchismita at the front desk was very helpful.
Overall a great stay of 4 days , very enjoyable. I would strongly recommend to anyone come to the city to try this hotel.

Food need to be improved, otherwise, we won't visit again.
Staff are ever so helpful and totally professional. However, food quality has gone down and buffet is not good at sll. Breakfast is unsatisfactory. Room is good, cleanliness is as before.

Overall good stay, very polite and helpful front desk. My Tata Neu tier was recognized and upgrade given. Breakfast was chaotic with almost no service. Staff were running away from tables. Food selection didn't have any Bengali cuisine that too during Durga puja.
