Overall good stay, very polite and helpful front desk. My Tata Neu tier was recognized and upgrade given. Breakfast was chaotic with almost no service. Staff were running away from tables. Food selection didn't have any Bengali cuisine that too during Durga puja.

Few staff only give service to only Bengali speaking customers.
When guests coming it hours longer time for basic services.
Have escalated this to the members ..but it was remain same despite repeated requests .
Had to forcefully take the guest to room for gustures .

Everything Thing was too good. Room was spacious with all modern amenities, Dinner was exceptionally good, Breakfast was Awesome, TV, Electric Kettle, Fridge, etc all are working conditions, Swapan and Aditya from house keeping help us very much do all the needful.
