I visit Taj Gateway very often with friends and family. My comfort place for late night addas. We hold functions in their banquets too. The staff are very couteous. Few of the night staff like Rony and others, always go extra miles to make us happy and reaxed. Cheers to whole team.

We organized a Residential Business Conference in Vivanta & I must admit that the services extended by their team is something that cannot be expressed in words but can only be experienced. The feeling of joy in each participant of the conference has proved our event to be a successful one. The stay was totally comfortable with spacious rooms. A special shoutout to Ms. Sreya Roy from the Sales team for seamless coordination & problem solving approach. It was all because of Sreya that we were able to manage our event so effortlessly. A special mention to their Banquet Manager, Mr. Alamgir who not only supported us with extra seating timely but had given his best to make our event a huge success. Alamgir made sure that all the arrangements related to food, beverage, AV, etc. were as per our itinerary. Thanks to their F&B & Kitchen team for preparing such a delicious food & serving the same in a royal way.
Of course it is about the brand "TAJ", but at the end, it is the people who are working in the property to keep the legacy forward. We will definitely be recommending Vivanta to our fellow mates & for our upcoming events, we will only be considering Vivanta!!

Great arrangements for seminar everything was top notch.

It was an amazing stay. We as an organisation stayed for 4 days to have our official retreat in Kolkata with some sessions and partners dinner. The execution was perfect and the staff support was tremendous. Everything was well planned and were prepared for any kind of last minute changes to fulfill the requests.

The hotel is well located and has comfortable rooms. We found staff to be good, especially housekeeping (Aditya and Ashok) and front of house (Ayoosh). There is a good gym and pool on the top floor.
The standout experience was the restaurant with its excellent chefs and their offerings, which can only be described as a culinary journey. Lots of lovely food especially the local dishes in the buffets. We literally ate nowhere else!
On the improvement side, the bathrooms are on the small side and could be improved by having a sliding door, as the current huge door just takes away space and makes it feel even smaller.
