We stayed hotel Vivanta em kolkata ambience n atmosphere was good smooth check in rabi Sankar welcome with his smiling face I liked his very warm welcoming their all guest we feel very comfortable their service they are ready to help 24/7 without delay check counter aranya devleena Mukherjee they help very quickly very trend staff n talking very politely Mr Dinesh ,Noel ,bratati, joyeeta was very helpful i appreciated thier service House keeping person Rajan srivastav,suchismita,tapeja,mousami,bibek,n kritika they gave us best service food was osim breakfast was very good n huge variety in restaurant in the morning we had breakfast restaurant staff was gave us very good service they taking care all the time i appreciate thier service specialy Hari priya ,nayanika nath,pushpam,n basu dev we enjoyed their food n service i recommended to everyone to visit Vivanta em kolkata whenever I will go kolkata i will stay vivanta em bcoz liked thier service,food n very safe n secure 5star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good and comfortable stay

this is one the best hotel i have stayed in kolkata and every area of hospitallity weather its food, rooms, room service, Housekeeping was fabulous and such art of hospitality helps us to make us stay memorable and i will surely recomend this property to my friends and colleagues

Better than expected,

Stayed for 20 nights. Better than expected. A memorable experience. Good ambience. Very polite and helpful staff. Food in the buffet was very tasty and healthy with many options.
House keeping is good with service provided by Swapan, Rahman and other housekeeping staff.
Rooms are spacious and well planned. Good view of the city from big wide windows.

Room tip: The table in the room was more than standard 30". Uncomfortable to use as work table.

Comforting, Cozy and Classy

My stay at Vivanta Kolkata between 12th September till 16th September was a wonderful stay. Hotel staff was very courteous. The food served in breakfast and dinner as well as room service was excellent to taste and filling enough to be called a meal. And to rate the stay overall, I would say "a pleasurable stay".

Room tip: if travelling during JAS quarter, keep your umbrella along

I stayed with my family in Vivanta from 12 September 2024 for 5 nights. I appreciate staff support, room cleanliness, availability of people. Swapan from House Keeping is very good at Room Cleaning and setup of room. I wish him and everyone good luck.
