this is one the best hotel i have stayed in kolkata and every area of hospitallity weather its food, rooms, room service, Housekeeping was fabulous and such art of hospitality helps us to make us stay memorable and i will surely recomend this property to my friends and colleagues

Stayed for 20 nights. Better than expected. A memorable experience. Good ambience. Very polite and helpful staff. Food in the buffet was very tasty and healthy with many options.
House keeping is good with service provided by Swapan, Rahman and other housekeeping staff.
Rooms are spacious and well planned. Good view of the city from big wide windows.

My stay at Vivanta Kolkata between 12th September till 16th September was a wonderful stay. Hotel staff was very courteous. The food served in breakfast and dinner as well as room service was excellent to taste and filling enough to be called a meal. And to rate the stay overall, I would say "a pleasurable stay".

As usual, the buffet spread was excellent. Samrat was very courteous and helpful during our dinner visit here. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well. The main course was well thought of. Dessert was at par with the rest of the food. Being regulars here, I notice the buffet has been consistently improving.
