All over service is very good, I have stayed here more than one week, I felt a very courteous atmosphere all over the premises. Food is also very delicious and order deliverd always in time. Staffs are very helpfull and dedicated to serve all the time.

Experience was fantastic during our 2 weeks stay, the only small feedback is to cover the spider cleaning hook in the room to avoid injury as I bumped accidentally to the hook.Mrsubhra Roy from housekeeping has done exceptionally well in taking care for us

Stayed at Vivanta Kolkata with my family for over 14 nights this summer. The staff at reception were extremely warm and helpful., especially Sayantani and Bratati. The multicuisine restaurant Myni has very nice staff and the food is outstanding. We loved their sandwiches and the breakfast had a huge and delicious variety. Rooms were kept neat and tidy and requests were entertained even at odd hours. Shoutout to Rahaman for teaching towel art to my 7 year old kid, made his day!!! The swimming pool is refreshing, though having a temperature controlled pool would be more comfortable. A spa on premises would have been very welcome. I loved the cleanliness, the warmth of the staff and the very Taj- Ness of the stay. Thanks to the whole team of Vivanta Kolkata for making our stay so memorable.
