Excellent place with great service
Manas from housekeeping was exceptional when it came to cleanliness of the room etc
Even the restaurant staff at Eden pavillion for breakfast/ pan asian was very good
Definitely recommended for all types of stay
Also the place is commutable from most of the tourist places

I was staying at the ITC hotel and ordered room service, I was attended by Manisha, she was amazing! Very kind and Professional, she was smiling all the time. The food was very tasty, the pistachio Lassi definitely my favorite. The food came fast as well, in about 30 minutes.

On a business trip I was really touched by Sharmila and Shabnam at inroon dining. They did a fantastic job at understanding my need as I was on a really short stay and withing those few hours also I was flitting in and out of the hotel trying to finish everything.
The room was quiet and spacious. All in all a great experience.

Beautiful property with an old world charm. The presence of a pond in the midst adds to the character of the hotel. The rooms are spacious ,well appointed and overlook the greens. The bathroom had a tub and was spotlessly clean . The beds were comfortable and the linen was crispy fresh!

One of the best experiences ever, specially the chef Mr Ranvijay was extremely hospitable, very had an early flight and before leaving he made me eat a special recipe oats chila, like a quick byte types, but extremely tasty!! Kudos to the complete team.
