The hospitality is unmatched!! The staff is very polite and cooperative.
The whole experience was nothing short of a delight - my mom needed wheelchair assistance and it was so seamless. Special mention to the breakfast staff - all were so lovely especially Priya Arya - super sweet and ever so helpful! Kudos to her and her entire team!

My stay was very pleasant, I liked the property a lot. Staff was polite and kind. Warm welcome given at the hotel is much appreciated. Dum Pukht is a place where I have been frequenting since years and have always had a great experience. It is iconic and legendary. There are only 5 such restaurants in the country. If you want to taste the best awadhi/mughlai cuisine this is the place.
Mr Devasis, Chef Zubair and their talented team provides exceptional kebabs, biryani, and other royal delicacies with exceptional service. Must visit.
