Truely responsible Luxury

Not sure where to begin everyone was so caring and made our anniversary special on every step. To begin with Swarnendu amazing jovial and professional everytime ready with a smile. Kishan from service desk always ready to help. Peshawari had been always near to us for every occasion. Thanks Santanu basu for lovely dining at peshawari kudos to your team. Special thanks to Mr Nittin Behl for upgrading us to prince suite I am sure everyone in kolkata ITC sonar will miss you. You had been a wonderful person with lots to learn from you.. wishing you all the best for next responsibility with ITC south region. I would also like to welcome Mr Tomar with all new responsibilities with one of the best properties in Kolkata.

Amazing

I had an amazing experience at the buffet. The staffs are amazing.
Rajanya was very professional and helpful. She recommended what to try since it was my first time in Kolkata. Excellent customer service experience. Would like visit again.

Excellent hospitality

I had an excellent dining experience at ITC Sonar, thanks to Chef Ranvijay Singh. My daughter is gluten intolerant, which often limits her food choices. However, Chef Ranvijay went above and beyond to accommodate her dietary needs by preparing special gluten-free items for her on both days of our stay. His kindness and dedication truly made our visit memorable. We are grateful for his thoughtful gesture and the delicious meals he crafted. Thank you, Chef Ranvijay Singh, for making our stay at ITC Sonar exceptional!

Exceptional hospitality

The property is very good in all terms.The quality of service they provide is amazing.From the reception to the housekeeping staffs everyone was very polite and took good care of us.We really enjoyed our lunch at Peshawari..Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!!!!
