I booked this hotel after watching reviews but I would say this is my worst experience ever in Kolkata

1.) We reached late night and during check in The night staff was unaware about our meal plan and saying that we are wrong and the booking is on Room only basis the wording was ( Aisa ho hi nahi sakta ki itne rate me apko humne breakfast dia hoga ) after some time he called to his Staff who taken my booking and It’s come out that booking was with Breakfast even after realising his mistake he didn’t apologise .

2) We are instructed that they had 24 hour Service but when I called the kitchen they are saying tea coffee is not in Night Menu !! After some of arguments they provided the tea

3) Staff was not at all cooperative I asked for a scissors and didn’t get it after waiting 3 hours I have to break it by my teeth !!

4) the room they provide was too dirty I have shared the image for you reference . (rooms were smoking but they don’t have Ashtray- you have to manage with glass

5) I informed at arrival that my checkout will be late evening but at morning when I confirmed the same a girl said “Ap online book kar lijie na “
Inshort they have the interdepartmental communication gap and you have to inform every person about your requirements individually

I will personally recommend don’t come to this hotel if you want your stay to be comfortable They just have a good ambiance but the Staff don’t know how to behave with guest . Hospitality was zero here

If there was any option for negative rating I must have done that The only plus point was the Food quality
