This is good property, stay was very good , food was very good specialy thanks to Ankita she is very good staff she is very helpful, she everything doing good..good hospitality.and food was good . Everything was good..I'm very happy to my stay................
The most disgusting resort ever seen.was given the rooms 201 and 202, pathetic experience, rooms were not clean, all are bad, will give 0 stars,will never ever visit the place .The maintenance is very much bad . Before 11 am, lots of call will come to vacate the room.The food is also not up to the mark
I went there with my Aunts who are Senior Citizens , Professor (Mami) and Doctor (Kaki)having extensively travelled Abroad in Business trips.My doctor Aunt is a British Citizen.I was apprehensive about the place which was recommended by my Wife who had Stayed there with her Sister for a Couple of days.
The Rooms are very Comfortable,Spacious with balcony.The Crowd is dignified and good.The place is spread out with Swimming pool, Discotheq,Spa, Restaurant,Bar,Play Area.Good lawn,garden,there was temple beside our Staying Room.Lots of Greenery,flowers, Water body,play area and Safe for Children and Elderly.
The Staff was perfect and siling right from Reception till last.The Room service, Restaurant, Morning Spread restaurant,Golf Cart driver, Security at the entrance.
The team at Spa the girl at reception Francisca of Darjeeling was an excellent communicator with perfect manners and behaviour.
Food,hospitality,ambience,Stay, Safety was perfect 10.

The environment is serene and soulful, with excellent service and a cooperative team. While the food is average, the overall experience makes it a must-visit spot to connect with nature. It would be even better if the activities were free of charge.
