This was really a beautiful stay at Ibiza with hearts content. Words will be limited to explain my satisfaction. After really a long period of time we were gathered here at Ibiza to enjoy our long no meet.
Every co ordination with the reception made our room booking experience fantabulous. Tariff was very nominal than we enjoyed. After just getting down from the car only an eye soothing scenery of green flashed at my eye. It was really a very beautiful sunny morning.The check in procedure was really quick and got the room before time. Thanks to reception for not making it delay.
We booked for me and my family the highest category called Fern Club Room. The room was very spacious with a beautiful lake view.
We enjoyed all the activities like cycling, kayaking, zipline, archery, gun shooting, Zorbing, boating.. The food in the restaurant we had was really delicious and also covered Bengali cuisine like Aloo Posto. It really attractive to see the combination of authentic Bengali food with other Chinese preparations and thus its not even eye even.
And special mention to swimming pool which is one of its kind. Really enjoyed my stay at Ibiza.
Will definitely suggest others.

This was my first visit after hearing a lot about this place, road to reach here was very narrow for long stretch but was very happy to see the property after reaching. Pool is good but water sports in pool is not expected. Play area for children is amazing. Other activities like boating and zipline ect are ther but not properly maintained. I booked the most premium room of the property (fern club room). Room was as expected but got disappointed when water was not at normal flow in bathroom after housekeeping came they said might be due to low water in tank but it was due to dirt in bathroom fittings they said will be cleaned in morning by plumber this should be done in advance as normal maintenance before arrival of guests.

Just improve maintenance and this is a fantastic property for family function to a relaxing spot.

We had a 2 night stay at Ibiza during holi, ended up with bitter experience. Food was okay. Though surroundings are maintained but condition of room was especially bad. Bathroom was very ill maintained, had stain and water leakage issues with bad smell. The bathtub also was dirty with stains at multiple places. Room service was horribly bad. You have to ask repeatedly for daily room service, which is quite unexpected. Refused to deliver even a glass of fresh lime soda at room, for unknown reason. The GM guy was very rude, ill mannered and doesn't know how to behave with guest at all. No wonder management staffs are quite useless. So value for money is not at all there. Would not visit again.
