My experience was great... the ambience of this hotel was very good... also their behaviour was very polite...the room was very clean and well decorated.. I just waited a little bit in the check in process... but that happened just for the rush... overall my experience was good.. I think it is one of the best hotel in Kolkata

Really everything you want in an airport hotel. Very close to terminal (about a 15 min walk if you can manage with your luggage and the rough road) yet very quiet inside. Room was clean, modern and comfortable enough. More Holiday Inn than HIX by US standards. Staff was very helpful, polite and professional and the free breakfast was actually great, a nice little buffet with authentic Indian items as well as eggs to order. Much better than US HIX breakfast. Also a decent gym for morning workout .Traffic in Kolkata is terrible so this is a great choice if you want to position yourself nearby before or after your flight
