Unhappy Stay

I stayed in this hotel on 26th June'2024 and checked out on 27th Jun'2024. There is no Secretarial Service in this hotel.So, i had to struggle to get an Authority Letter typed. Also, there is no medical treatment facility in this hotel. I got strained in my left angle and i was limping. Despite of my request they could do nothing saying that no such facility exists. However, one kind man performing gate keepers duty applied spraying ointment while i was exiting the hotel. Thanks to him. My booking was for single room but they adjusted in a double bedded room which i protested but went in vain. Room particularly washroom is congested one. Buffet dinner and breakfast has no variety and i rate as average. I would request fellow travellers to give correct information while reviewing hotels. The amount of room rent they charge and the ammenities that they provide do not commensurate.

Room tip: Please do not go by some of reviews

Reliable, good and excellent service.

They never disappoint. Very good airport hotel that does the basics right, and very well. Good for travelers in transit looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near the airport without spending too much. I have been a regular here whenever I have traveled via Kolkata and appreciate the attentive, responsive and courteous staff.

Good for quick transit to catch flight

It’s a decent hotel . We stayed there for one night transit . If you want to be close by to International Airport then this is good choice . Staffs are friendly and co-operative .
We had an issue while dining which we complained. Very surprisingly in our next stay they did fixed it and also they asked us what is our comment please do give your feedback. Honestly food was testy.
I will highly recommend this hotel for 1/2 night (with or without family) .

Wow service

Great place... Mr Sayan and fo team assist me very well .This is my first time in Holiday inn express hotel was traveling to Dubai for official trip ........... Reception to Fnb, everything is very good.Only.. 10 minutes from airport. .....
