Good service with large conference hall for business meeting.
Room are good initially little smell coming from the room later on they rectified same.
Totan,Sahil,Soumen they are very prompt in service.
Overall good location and service.

Good hotel with cooperative service at prime location in kolkata. You will find good palaces to visit nearby only. Service was very good and Mr Manas & Ms Ankita from Peerag Restaurant. Food was very nice like home cook. It was very nice experience The Aristocrat Hotel.

My stay was very comfortable,staffs are very polite and helpfully,they helped me a lot ,specially front office stuffs are so friendly,Hotel is so beautiful and located in very good area,so many shopping malls are there,overall I am so happy the stay here,Two girls are in night shift and Mr.Mohnish they helped me a lot,I will recommend to everyone.

The ambience of the hotel is Excellent. staff are very helpful & co operative. the food of the resturant is very tasty. Room was very luxury & Spacious. Gym & Pool facilities are there . special thanks to Mr. Toton & Mr. Manas both are very good . thank you team aristocrat .

We enjoyed our 2-week stay at this hotel. The staff's exceptional support and helpfulness made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The food was a delight. Their breakfast buffet offers wide range of options.
Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and delectable cuisine.
