I want to share with all of you, my recent experience with hotel, Westin Kolkata. I checked in at 9 AM after a long flight. Mr Abhi at the reception was quite rude and and I had to tell him that being at a hospitality industry, you should at least smile and talk nicely to the guests. On me saying this, he had no remorse, and in fact, he again made a face and turned away. This is to share with all the travellers, how the receptionist at hotel Westin Kolkata behave. I think they need to be taught how to talk to guests, how to behave in a hospitality industry. I was treated as if they were doing a favour to me by providing me a room. I have travelled across the world and not dealt with treatment like this before.
