It was an exquisite experience and I would rather choose this stay for my next stays in Kolkata and I really appreciate all the staff good behaviour and greetness to its highest and will be making sure to stay a bit longer next time for sure ok that's it
Stay was comfortable, front desk are humble and polite specially miss Priyanka, I faced some issues during stay like no slippers, no hand towel in the room.
But informing to staff they provide and they even called me everyday and ensure that every thing is fine.
The room was clean and the food was really good. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely like to come back here again. The breakfast buffet was amazing and it had a lot of options to choose from. Also it had live counters which served great food.
The stay was very pleasurable with the staff being very cooperative. Really impressed with one of the staff in the dining area, Niloy Ghorai, who was very warm and treated us very well. Will take home some good memories from here and plan a visit again sometime in future.
I like the staff member their behaviour and comfortness in room I like it’s was great experience
The housekeeper is also good well behaved staff and breakfast is Owsm
I’ll visit here again I would have to never experience like here you have to choose this is the best I think all over in India well holiday inn I choose and prefer to all of you guys again
