A good property near airport with all amenities and professionally sound staff. Located in heart of the city with good rooms and couple of restaurants, spacious lounge, lobby, bar, grill n eat space (Kabab factory named) , spa and a fitness center. Plus conference halls , lawn convention and pool.
They are offering compliments like free cocktail / mock tail, certain time free foot massage, free hot chocolate at bed time, multiple fruits / biscuits availability at rooms (incl at tariff) and other discounts whether a regular practice or of X mas / new year special promotional activity.
Rooms are quite spacious and equipped with a full pledged robotic massage chair from toe to head with all function control remote.
Minibar with crockery, coffee maker, pressing iron & table, dryer etc all amenities providing with rooms.
Only three areas need to concern:-
1. No bath tub avl. with rooms which titled as business room,
2. Shower area (square) is congested and if one stout person has to soap his back definitely his hand bang with wall or glass,
3. Breakfast buffet is nice but can improve. Instead of narrating more, they can visit and see their co Chennai hotels like Radisson city center , SAVERA etc how maintaining well.

The check in and check out was very smooth and with a smile. The room provided was also very well maintained and all amenities were provided. As I checked in late,!did not have opportunity to utilise the free spa experience promised. The breakfast spread was very good and tasty
The icing on the cake was tasty plain dosa. However repeating the order was mistake as it was very bad.
The service was always with a smile
