It was a nice exprience.
Thanks to the staff including ms. Ekta the duty manager,mr. Nestor the concierge manager, front office manager and the entire team of front desk who warmly welcomed us and ensured that we have a pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and hygienic. All in all we had a memorable day all thanks to the entire team of the hotel.

My favourite hotel in Mumbai from now. The food, the hospitality, all services are exceptionally good. From the check in time till I depart the hotel special care and services were given by the staff at the front desk. Special mention to Manager Ekta, Neha, Omkar and Pratik. The room were quiet spacious and very well designed. This destination is a heaven. The view from the room is breathtaking. Looking forward to visiting soon. Keep up the good work. I had requested Intercontinental team to host my parents on a special occasion; the team was most welcoming, and provided a wonderful upgrade as well as a memorable stay for my parents with room decorations and amenities.
