Fantastic stay over the weekend of 17-19 Oct, 2020. Booked a 33 m sq 'superior room' and was upgraded free of charge to a 68 m sq 'deluxe suite'! I subsequently stayed at this superb hotel over the weekends of Jan 2-3 & 9-12, 2021. Amazing views of the IGIA and of departing flights (perfect view to chill over with a cup of coffee). This is an upscale, contemporary-styled hotel with customer service that's attentive and exceeds expectations, high quality room fittings and ample hot water, and varied and tasty food options for in-room dining and at both the north Indian 'Indus Express' and at the global cuisine 'Creo' restaurants. Creo could build in tighter COVID19 precautions, however. All rooms, as well, could have thermostat-controlled heating during the winter (that said, the oil heaters delivered to my room in January worked very well). An urban-themed upmarket hotel that's highly recommended by this Australian citizen living and working in the Delhi NCR.

When you walk into the hotel, you feel royal. When you enter your room, you feel royal. Likewise the gym, badminton court, lawn, or swimming pool [would be nice to mention on the website that you require swimming trunks / synthetic shorts if you wnat to use] are all class.
The staff were extremely attentive and supportive. Enjoyed the happy hours and the various food items we ordered throughout the night. The breakfast buffet was quite diverse and the food was great.
Generally in luxury hotels, valet service are available but in this case, we had to park our own car. [I dont know if this was because of COVID] The parking space is quite gloomy. It might help to have a helper in the parking lot. Or maybe, to make the parking lot royal!
Overall, it deserves a rating of 5.
