Great landmark to visit in Delhi, famous place full of local culture, street vendors & so much fun to me. It was too hot today May 1st 2018 but always good just make sure you have the proper accessories. Loca

This monument is a tribute to Indian soldiers who fought in WWI. We stopped here in the afternoon to walk around the monument itself and it was very impressive. It is also a major tourist attraction for Indians. There is a carnival feel with vendors making food and merchants selling. It was interesting to be part of the scene. A good place to walk around the near by park and have an ice-cream!

India gate is the best place for everyone like families, groups, couples and single also. This is very crowded area. There are big space for playing children. Especially India gate is looking very beautiful in evening.

We decided to go to India Gate in a group last month. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the area was very clean and well kept. There were quite a few people there enjoying the morning at the India Gate. Nice feeling and ambiance.
