Hotel property is very nice with posh interior s. Reason for selecting this hotel was the high rating.But that turned out to be a bad decision.Based on Delhi traffic it takes atleast 90 mins to reach tourist attractions/airport.
Front staff were really good at the time of checkin and they gave us a small welcome gift for being a gold member..got an upgrade to business class room and was offered free breakfast.Now is the funny part..on the second day ,staff at restaurant informed that breakfast is no longer complimentary and need to pay around INR 600(+/_100) for each person..this is another 30% additional charge for a room with 3 guests .Restaurant team was helpful and they mentioned that it's as per instructions from their front office assistant manager...talked to this AM and she mentioned that they are doing a business and nothing is free and informed that free breakfast offered by checkin staff was a mistake.
That was indeed a true statement which was later reconfirmed..hotel does charge for a bucket of ice which is free at most other hotels.
Overall a good hotel,far from tourist attractions ,helpful staff,with a aggressive management team (who taught me nothing is free :) )trying to make the maximum profit.

Metro connectivity is a miss with this RBlu.
Food is good n service is also okay.U may find waiting at reception due to high occupancy rates
But overall a good recommendation for bussiness travellers.Meeting halls are also a + for this property.

It was a great experience the food was scrumptious.
Services were top notch
Mr vineet ranjan who was handling managed the things superbly with all his skills and made the get together hassle free for us.
He organised things very nicely
Overall it is a nice place with good ambience..
Will visit again for sure.

No complaints except that Housekeeping needs improvement. This fly was there to welcome me on the quilt when I checked-in in the evening around 7pm. So they had enough time to make up the room. The washroom had some stains too.
