Everything was amazing from the start! Greeting - 10/10, room was great, the view was perfect, the service - 10/10. Without a doubt the best hotel in Delhi.
Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future!

This is our first trip to India. On the one hand we wanted to get a feel for India. on the other hand we wanted our hotel to be exceptionally nice. We chose the Leela Palace because it had excellent reviews but at the same time seemed more Indian than the other well reviewed hotels in Delhi. The reviews are all well deserved. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are elegant. Staff are very attentive and helpful. If you are accustomed to the cost of hotels in States or Europe, the daily rate is an amazing deal Breakfast buffet had tons of choices to accommodate both Western and Indian breakfasts. Excellent dinner at Jamavar.

A stay in our palace is one of the finest ways to discover the splendid tradition, grace and elegance of Indian hospitality. At the palace our guests can sample uniquely inspiring experiences that are subtly seeped in Indian culture such as the traditional welcome on arrival, art across the hotel that chronicling ancient and modern Indian narratives, afternoon tea; the list is endless. I am thus very happy that you gave us the opportunity to curate these exclusive experiences for you.

My young staff works tirelessly to ensure we match our services to the facilities given to us and it is the warm reassurances from our patrons that further enliven our spirits to keep striving for excellence. We recently stayed for two nights and was our first experience of the sort of service and opulence that we could expect from one of the very best hotel chains in India. From the fabulous interior design to the lush bedroom on the second floor but most of all the exceptional service from all the staff, this hotel deserves all the praise that's been heaped upon it from previous reviews. We can even vouch for the "clinical" conditions in the staff area below the hotel as we had to use the ATM to withdraw money which was located in the basement of the hotel, believe us when we say that the standards apply everywhere!

Room Tip: We stayed in a standard room on the 2nd floor which was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, great security, great breakfast and Library Bar, gardens and lights, amazing and well priced spa, well appointed rooms, super friendly staff, pool on the roof (but bring your inhaler!). Stayed two nights, then came back for a night at the end and was glad I did. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your high recommendations and being our guest at The Leela Palace New Delhi.

The palace is located in privileged Diplomatic Enclave of the capital and is referred to as a calm oasis in the vibrant city. I m glad it created the sense of serenity for you as well.

It is a pleasure to read that many of our exclusive facilities such as city’s largest sized luxurious accommodations, spa by ESPA London, celebrated rooftop pool along with exceptional security and service standards scored high on your list.

I look forward to welcoming you back to the most beautiful palace in the near future.

The location is great, the interior design is just beautiful, lots and lots of gorgeous details everywhere you look. I really was looking forward to come back to the hotel at the end of the day, everybody was so welcoming and helpful and most importantly, friendly and genuinely good. The library is a great bar within the hotel that has a terrace, and a library of great and rare encyclopaedias. I want to add that I found a real friend within the staff of the hotel, her name is Shamayla Zaidi, she is an assistant manager at the front office. Oh what a beautiful soul and person, so helpful, so genuinely friendly, she has found her way in the heart of the entire family, we literally left on the last day crying, and we still think about her and the rest of the staff. Please if you ever read this before going, give her a big hug upon arrival from us.

Really the only thing that was not great at the hotel were the breakfast, i would suggest also to include more "occidental" elements to eat because we wouldn't find things to eat all the time, healthy things.

Voila, enjoy.

We really appreciate you and your family for taking the time to share such a beautiful review of The Leela Palace New Delhi and giving us the opportunity to be of service to you.

The Leela has some of the most beautiful and unmatched palace hotels in the world, our palace being one of them. Reflecting the theme of the royal past of India and Lutyens’ Delhi, it is indeed a work of art and as you mentioned in your review, every facility is built in painstaking detail including capital’s exclusive bar The Library.

I am sorry if the popular breakfast experience at The Qube could not manage to live up to your expectations. Our wide ranging breakfast spread has many healthy offerings to choose from, however, on your future stay please do alert us of your specific preferences and our chef(s) will ensure the experience scores high next time.

Thank you so much for your kind compliments on our services that are inspired by our Founder Chairman’s belief in Atithi Devo Bhava meaning Guest is God and each and every member in my team works hard to meet and sometimes even exceed guest expectations. Your kind words of praise for my passionate team of young dedicated professionals especially Shamayla are thus very encouraging.

The entire team hopes to see you soon again in the hope of gaining the last star from you.

With warmest regards,

Louis Sailer,

General Manager
