Is it because of low season or because Pai is a backpacker destination, this hotel does not rate 4 stars. There are real maintenance problems in the rooms. We had the worst beds possible, prison type hard matresses. Breakfast and bar service were very limited. We were really happy to leave after one night.

It's rainy season and I planed to go no where much, just relax in the room with swimming pool and of course, hot water in bathtub. (there's a sign say "no hot water in bathtub")

Pillow sheet smells bad even not a big problem.

Staff is nice.

Located outside Pai village with a lovely view of the mountains. We stayed in a bungalow which was nice, but it is a bit outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade and some maintenance especially the bathroom. The entire resort needs some maintenance – I am sure it has been a wonderful place once, but it looks like nothing has been done for years.
We stayed for 3 nights and they apparently welcome a lot of groups – either Chinese or biking tours. So either we were the only ones beside a couple or the place was packed and it felt like their main focus is the groups.
Most of the staff did not speak English and was not very service-minded. The restaurant was not very good – the breakfast was only good when they did not have a group which meant no buffet, so the breakfast was made for you when you arrived at breakfast.
They do have a shuttle bus for going into the city which is good, but if I come back to Pai I would probably stay somewhere else closer to the city.

We stayed in a private cottage for 2 nights. After the gorgeous motorbike ride from Chiang Mai, we were pleased to find the resort equally scenic. The morning mist over the field was breathtaking. We were glad we had our bikes for easily getting around Pai. There’s not much of a bar and it was too cold to swim in the pool (December) but we enjoyed sitting on the swing and enjoying the tranquil, quite vibe of the place.
Our only issue was the cottage wasn’t heated and it got very cold at night but housekeeping brought us an extra blanket and it was perfect :)
Breakfast was delicious! Just make sure to bring something warm to wear if you’re an early riser like us so you can sit outside and enjoy the incredible scenery.

We stayed three nights in this truely beautiful setting, the views were fantastic. Very quiet place and very relaxing. The rooms were very clean and very nice. Facilities were good but there were a few tiles missing on the pool in places other wise great. Staff were friendly but not over helpful when it came to things to see and do or direction. Breakfast was tasty but more suited to their Asian clients. Overall we had great stay and would highly recommend it! Thanks
