Located outside Pai village with a lovely view of the mountains. We stayed in a bungalow which was nice, but it is a bit outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade and some maintenance especially the bathroom. The entire resort needs some maintenance – I am sure it has been a wonderful place once, but it looks like nothing has been done for years.
We stayed for 3 nights and they apparently welcome a lot of groups – either Chinese or biking tours. So either we were the only ones beside a couple or the place was packed and it felt like their main focus is the groups.
Most of the staff did not speak English and was not very service-minded. The restaurant was not very good – the breakfast was only good when they did not have a group which meant no buffet, so the breakfast was made for you when you arrived at breakfast.
They do have a shuttle bus for going into the city which is good, but if I come back to Pai I would probably stay somewhere else closer to the city.More
