It isn't a 4 or 5 star hotel, but the room is amazing for a hostel. Very large room, ac, hot shower. The pool area is pretty decent and it's got those seats where you can tan. There is also a restaurant attached to the hostel and the food is excellent.

Nice accomodation, the staff is very friendly so five stars for them. the room was very clean. We would go back for sure. Maybe next time we visit Koh Tao. I also liked the style of the room and its not far from the beach

First impressions weren't positive, but after our 2 night stay we warmed to the place. A little tired and in need of some tlc, but the pluses were a swimming pool, coffee, fridge, spacious rooms and a very comfy large bed. The a/c wasn't as cold as it could have been but there was an additional fan. The location was a little out of the way from the busy resorts and you would definitely need a scooter or taxis. The staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant and bar were closed due to out of season but didn't cause too much of an imposition.

Deserve better maintenance, could be lovely, cozy hotel with pleasant swimming pool with clear water and quiet garden. The location of this property is sufficient not far from the pier, 7/11 and some good restaurant options - next to Toscana is really great Thai one and across the road is a small local eatery good for a light dish over the day. All in all, good value for money.

Location posted on Bookig.com map was misleading and absolutely wrong. That definitely needs correction as the indicated location is one of the main criteria when choosing an accommodation. Not speaking about the frustration due to the walking downhill and uphill looking for our guesthouse according to the provided information on the location by Booking.com with our backpacks in such humid and hot weather! The water in the bathroom was smelling bad.

Toscana staff was very amicable, took care of a couple of issues we had. The pool was really nice, you could see the hillside from the restaurant. Very close to our dive studio Ocean sound and dive yoga. The only issue that we had was that there was no tea/coffee maker in our rooms
