Don't think that the hotel warrants three stars, we had a suite and it was nice and clean, the staff were very pleasant, also the breakfast was acceptable.
But on the down side there was no drink service available, if wanted to just chill out and stay at the hotel you were stuck with nothing. Also the drying folding airer on the balcony is rusty. They could do with replacing.

Room tip: Second floor for decent sea views, but you do get noise from adjacent apartments.

Stayed in Villa Dane for a week. Two families of four. The four villas are crammed into a small space in front of the aparthotel. Ours was decent enough inside. Great air con and quite spacious inside. Outside was disappointing, small pool, very cramped terrace/lawns in 75% shade. Too many tall trees and bushes means no views and not enough sun. Had some issues with the cleanliness as there had been group of rowdy blokes the week before who didn't look after the villa. Most of our requests/ complaints were dealt with though. It seems that hvar doesn't really do villas and it shows, however the staff and the location were excellent and made it a very enjoyable trip. A handful of steps to the sea made the villa a success. Hvar and the surrounding islands were beautiful!! Definitely returning to Croatia. Beware the car ferry in peak season on a Saturday. Get there at least 2 hrs early.

This place is away from the party and noise even though just a walking distance to Hula-Hula beach club. We rented a mini suites for 3 people. The room came with complete kitchen utensils, fridge, cooking, microwave, etc. The veranda is good for drying your wet clothes.

The room is clean and comfy. the breakfast is the best part. Please don forget to order the omelette. All you need to do is just asked. Breakfast start at 0730 till 1030 hrs.

There are also a grocery stores where you can buy your essentials stuff with just 2 min walk. A van to cater 6 people with luggages to the HVAR port is just 150 Kunas.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Wifi available at all rooms.

We rented a mini suite which was spacious and comfortable. It has 2 separate rooms and a large balcony with some water views over the tree tops. Both rooms had air conditioning which unfortunately struggled to cope with the excessive heat (37 degrees most days). Breakfast was average but the ham and cheese omelette was excellent. You have to order it. When we arrived the man at the desk was polite was not very helpful and his response to our questions was to say that he was from out of town and so could not provide the information we wanted. However, on the following days there were a no of young woman working at the desk who were very helpful and one of them in particular went out of her way to help us locate a restuarant . Thank you. A big plus for this hotel is its location which is close enough to walk to town (15 mins) and away from the noise and crowds especially in Aug.

Room tip: Room with sea views and preferably on the 2 nd or 3 rd floor
