Não tenho o que reclamar. Dono do ap super atencioso, educado e nos recebeu super bem. Sobre o apartamento também não tem o que reclamar, ótima localização, todo bem organizado, aparelhos e utensílios domésticos em perfeito estado. Apartamento serve para todos os tipos de hospedagem, família, grupo de amigos, até mesmo individual... No meu caso fui com amigos, éramos 7 e devido outros 2 amigos terem problemas na hospedagem em outro local, chegamos em 9 pessoas e pedimos ao marcelo se os mesmos que estavam sem local para ficar, poderiam ser incluídos em nossa hospedagem, o mesmo não mediu esforços e resolveu o problema. Agradecemos muito por isso.

Apartamento muito bem mobiliado e equipado. Tudo funciona. Limpo, cheiroso, aconchegante. Ótima localização (perto de farmácia, restaurante, parque, agência de banco, igreja, café...). Proprietário super atencioso. Super recomendo.

Apartamento excelente e bem localizado
O apartamento é como mostrado nas fotos. Tudo bem limpo, decorado, eletrodomésticos em perfeito estado e funcionamento. Fez a gente se sentir em casa. A decoração é aconchegante e parece uma casa de verdade, não um imóvel de aluguel. Fomos recepcionados pelo proprietário que se mostrou muito prestativo desde a reserva. E além disso, fica ao lado de um dos pontos turísticos da cidade, o Parque da Redenção. Recomendado!

Ótimo apartamento
Boa localização e tudo próximo, supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, parque... Os cômodos são aconchegantes e exatamente como mostra nas fotos. Imóvel bem completo com todos os eletrodomésticos em ótimo estado, ar condicionado nos cômodos e ainda tem lavadora de louças. Super organizado e limpo. Os proprietários são muito receptivos e atenciosos. Para aqueles que precisarem de transporte as paradas de ônibus ficam próximas e se necessário possui ainda vaga de estacionamento na garagem. Recomendo.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, muito bonito, porteiros muito prestativos, restaurantes, mercados e outos comércios próximos, próximo a hospitais de referência. Donos do imóvel são muito prestativos. Altamente recomendável.

Excelente!
Fiquei hospedada com 3 amigos, porém chegamos a receber visitas inteirando 6 pessoas e o apartamento foi mais que suficiente. Está reformado, bem novo, e o único problema que tivemos com o chuveiro foi resolvido rapidamente pelo Marcelo, no mesmo dia, apesar de ser feriado. Os quartos são muito confortáveis (dormi melhor do que em casa) e a localização foi muito boa para nós devido a proximidade do Hospital de Clínicas. Recomendo!
