The Room itself was a bit tired looking.

I stayed at the Ibis Campo Grande for a couple of nights in order to explore Campo Grande after spending a week in the Pantanal.
This is a fairly typical Ibis standard hotel. The room was clean, basic but comfortable, and well designed. Check in and checkout were smooth and staff were friendly.
While Campo Grande is not a particularly interesting city for a tourist to explore, the hotel is located close to the Parque das Nações Indígenas and Museu das Culturas Dom Bosco (two of the most interesting places to explore).
The hotel’s restaurant offered a decent quality buffet which I would recommend.
Overall a good choice.

The facilities are nice; the hotel team is very helpful and lovely; the breakfast delicious; parking lot wide and available; hotel location is wonderful; easy to access; price reasonable; we love the stay!
According on the price, localization, confort, cleanliness, etc., I thing the overall rate is suitable. The only problem that I would like to ask is about the wi-fi and the size of the TV. I would like to have a better wi-fi and the TV a little bit bigger.

Thanks for your comments. During some days we had a big trouble with our wi-fi connection. I apologize about that. Regarding to television, we will have a makeover in the hotel that we will renovate our rooms, including new televisions.
