There was a pretty long line when we showed up but it didn’t take too long. It’s cafeteria style with seating upstairs and downstairs. The food was great.

Have had a lot of good bbq growing up around Memphis, however, this is more St. Louis BBQ with mustard. Was good, the sides were well made and the long line to order went quickly.

Get the brisket! Hands down some of the best I have eaten. You purchase all of your items by the pound and they are hand cut while you wait.
Buy as much or as little as you want. Expect a line.

The BBQ here was incredible. Not sure why people wait hours at other places. The brisket melted in your mouth, the ribs were fantastic and the pork chop was delicious. Thanks to the pit master Blane for helping 2 novices decide what to eat. Your patience and recommendations were first class.

This is one unique way to order and eat a great BBQ dinner. Select the number of ribs, thickness of cut of meat and type of meat from a long line. Get it dipped in a BBQ sauce then get it weighed and wrapped in butcher paper. Pick your sides and drink and find a table to eat. Plate is actually another sheet of coated butchers paper (I think). But it works and it is all really good.
