We had a great stay at the Fairmont Austin. We were treated very well and the property was very well maintained and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. We requested a mini-fridge and a microwave and they were delivered quickly and with a smile. We used the pool area, the fitness room, bell service, a courtesy vehicle and driver and all were great. We were there during the annual Christmas Tree Lighting program and it was very nice with complimentary holiday food and music. We even got our picture made with Santa! We were in town on business but had a great stay while there and will definitely stay again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at The Fairmont. I was there to celebrate my birthday and was upgraded to a room with a view. The front desk was also kind enough to comp me a bottle of proseco. The hotel is looks really nice and has great amenities. It's location downtown was also convenient.

I was able to attend a conference with my wife in Austin and we stayed at this property. Check in went smoothly and the staff at the desk were polite and accommodating. The amenities were excellent and included two robes for us and plenty of towels. The HVAC worked well and house keeping was very fast and efficient. The shower was really nice with TONS of extra hot water! The only negatives we found was that a regular coffee maker or Keurig was not available in our room (they had one of the Nespresso machines and we both find that product is too strong for our taste) and there was not a mini fridge in our room. We did dine at both the Good Things Market, Lobby Bar, and Garrison dining room and were very pleased with the service and the menu items. The elevators were quick and efficient as well. My wife enjoyed a spa service and I a day pass. The spa personnel were polite, professional, and ever-so welcoming. The Valet was also quick and professional and kept me informed via text when our vehicle was on the way and ready. We would definitely stay there again.

The service and guest care is second-to-none. From check-in to in-room dining, the staff genuinely care about making you feel welcome. I have a food allergy, and having the dining staff proactively ask about allergies was incredibly considerate.

Keep an eye out for Adrian at the front desk. He was warm and inviting, he helped me quickly re-enroll in my Accor account, and made some top-notch dining recommendations. Local insight like that is invaluable.

Tanya is the best for a facial! She’s knowledgeable and personable. I’ve been going to the Fairmont spa for years and it has never disappointed me. It’s truly a relaxing experience and I recommend blocking a few hours of your day to explore the amenities.

This was my first time in Texas, also my first time at a Fairmont. The Austin Fairmont is clean and new. The sleeping rooms are well appointed. But what really stood out was the friendly staff.
I especially appreciated the hospitality in the Gold Lounge. One staff member really made my husband and I feel at home, Jesse Mower. We enjoyed seeing him every time we visited the lounge and found out we have a lot in common, we are both from the same state!
It’s people like Jesse, that can really enhance your visit.
