Had a staycation for birthday. Loved the vibe during the busy weekend in downtown. I got recognized for my Accor Live Limitless loyalty status and its associated perks. Room was so clean and all of my requests were in the room. Shout out to Concierge and Housekeeping for making up the room beautifully with Turndown and surprise decorations. Also shout out to Spa team for sending us off on a great note with some massages! Can’t wait to go back.

I have stayed at the Fairmont Austin many many times and it has always been terrific. However, this time when I got to hotel they didn’t have the room available I booked on the floor. Interestingly they immediately found rooms on the same floor for the two people I was traveling with who made reservations that morning. I didn’t I’d made them in advance. I’m also a platinum accor member. They ultimately found a room and said they needed 20 mins to clean it. Fine, whatever, but it took almost an hour. Then I found out the two guys i was traveling with had rates half of mine! I raised the issue with the attendants, who were nice, but did nothing. Then I filled out a complaint form online in my checkin review. I got an email about it and they said they had alerted the GM and they would call me. They never did, nor did they do anything about it. Very disappointing.

Just wrapped up a stay at the gorgeous Fairmont Austin, and I have to say – they really know how to make you feel special! From check-in to the spa, every detail was spot-on. The design is stunning, and the staff? Absolutely amazing – everyone was so warm and welcoming.

If you’re planning a couples’ getaway or a girls’ trip, the spa is top-notch. They even have an option to rent it out for a private evening, so you can have the whole place to yourselves! And foodies, you’re in for a treat at Revue. The food and service there were simply excellent.

Oh, and the pool! Total resort vibes – it felt like a little slice of paradise right here in Austin. Highly recommend this spot for a luxurious, relaxing stay!

Aubrey was fantastic! She was very attentive and always had a smile. It’s nice to come to a luxurious hotel and be greeted by such a kind employee who genuinely seems happy to be at work. I would recommend your next event or banquet at the Fairmont use or request Aubrey. As she was just wonderful!
