Always a good experience at the Fairmont

This is our fourth time here. We have been into other hotels in Austin and my fiancé always asks me if I’d like to stay somewhere else. My answer is always, no. Nothing beats the Fairmont! It’s such a lovely hotel. The customer service never disappoints me. Andrew Harris from the Valet service is very kind and always has a great attitude! Valet is always the first impression when we arrive at the Fairmont and he made us feel welcomed and complimented our vehicle. Great experience overall from the time we arrived to the time we departed. Thank you Fairmont, until next time!

Awesome Hotel

The Fairmont is located in a great area for walking to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel is extremely nice. The place was spotless. The staff was very helpful. They are managing the COVID guidelines well, balancing compliance and the comfort of their guests very well. I highly recommend a visit!

Quality time

Perfect option for family travel. Great hotel! The restaurant is good but pricey for the portions. Lots of places to eat around walking distance. The area pool is really nice. The hotel is being adapted for COVID 19.

Great staycation

Our family of four (two kids) came to the Fairmont for a staycation. We had a great time, hotel is very clean and everyone is nice and helpful. Our kids did not want to leave at all!! We will be back very soon.

Family vacation

Everything was amazing service, room, restaurant, only down part was the pool it was way too cold. Down part the hotel windows aren’t dark enough to the point we saw a couple as well as my kids having sex on the window while we were at the pool. Other than that beautiful hotel and great service.
