First things first: I would NEVER recommend this place to friends or family. It’s a dump charging Marriott rates.

The entire place was worn, dirty, and needing basic maintenance. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke (motel supposedly 100% non-smoking) and after only one night, our bags and clothes stunk. The bathroom is laughably small being a tiny rectangular space enclosed with a pocket door and was just big enough for a toilet and shower. Sink was outside in room.

There is just one ice machine for the entire motel— on the first floor. Of course, we were on the third. The ice bucket did not have a plastic bag liner as all other hotels have.

Bottom line: Go elsewhere.

We stayed here after a wedding, and it was clean and staff was nice. I always appreciate having a breakfast included, and this one had a nice variety, so all was good. The price was reasonable as well. I would stay again.

I was somewhat unsure about this place, having read a number of negative reviews, but our experience was very good. The six in our family - 4 adults and 2 children - shared a suite with 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa. It looked just as good as the photos on the website. The pool was very clean. At first, there was just one bright light as others mentioned. But, after another family brought it to the staff's attention, they turned on the other lights, making it very bright. The breakfast area was chilly, but the food selection was good including scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, mini pancakes, rolls, yogurt, etc. The staff members we dealt with were helpful and friendly. A good place to see a sunset is the Geneva-on-the-Lake Township Park. Turn right from the hotel and drive about 5 miles until this road ends at Ohio 531, turn left, the small park is about 5 miles on the right. There is no beach or swimming there, but go down the steps or ramps behind the large picnic shelter for the best view.

Room tip: We made our reservation for a suite a week in advance; arrived around 7 pm to check-in

Normally enjoy Sleep Inns. Second stay here. Very disappointed. Made reservations early asked for lower floor or close to elevator due to health reasons and having a pet.
Received the last room on the highest floor completely on other end from elevator extremely hard for me because of heart issues and not wanting to use elevator with our dog in consideration of other guests who may not like dogs Because it was last room it was obviously redesigned, very cramped for two beds. One bed shoved against window over top of air conditioner which then wouldn’t work, room was very warm.
Bathroom tiny with bad stand up shower with door going the wrong way difficult to get started.
Paid a $25 per night pet fee only problem is maid barely straightened room. Only made one bed. No new coffee or toiletries. I am fine with pet fee if the room is actually cleaned.
There were a lot of somewhat unsavory road workers/ travelers staying at hotel a lot of drunkenness in parking lot which the overhead parking lot lights did not work. My teenage daughter was with us and we/she felt unsafe if we were not with her. So unacceptable in this day and age
This Sleep in is quite pricey over $150.00 per night plus tax. Simply not worth it given condition and service. The are 3or 4 other options at the same exit I will use at the next time.
Night clerk tried to help but her hands were tied, was informed hotel manager would contact us and they never did. My guess this hotel has a serious “ Manager” problem. Stay Elsewhere
