We stayed for 3 nights at the Melia KL in a Level Suite and were not disappointed. The bedrooms are large and well decorated with a lovely bathroom, serviced regularly, having access to the Level Lounge was also definitely worth the additional payment. Private check in/out, Breakfast and afternoon cocktails/canapes are lovely and the hotels location makes access to all the city attractions very easy. We will definitely stay here again should we return to KL.

- The kettle is still filled with dirty water
- Ask for some decoration and mention willing to pay, nothing was given, total disapointment when entering the room
- Staff is too slow, queue up for a long time

Arrive at the hotel at 11am, and allowed to early check in. Great location, just a walk away to Imbi Monorail station, opposite of Berjaya Time Square for immediate shopping. Overall very good hotel, just breakfast have less variety.

Excellent hotel for a family holiday stay.We hired three superior double rooms for four days.There was some delay in check in.We got only one room at 2 pm and has to wait for another 2 hours to get the other two rooms.they were apologetic. But not fair for the guests.
Rooms were very good with good view and big rooms.Hotel is in the midst of all conveniences. Near by shopping centers , mono rails so many food out lets all in walking distances.Good break fast but most of the days not much change in the menu
Polite people around and willing to help always.
I will recommend this hotel for a family holidays and will definitely stay here again in my next visit

My company held a metting in the hotel , so I stayed 4 nights. All facilities are great. The Hotel is close to the shopping areas in KL. Just accross is a major shopping center. The elevated train has a stop just to the right, walking out of the hotel
