love the hotel . was there for my 1st trip ever to the mainland china and was so happy to arrive at this property as it was the best located to our train station near lenhexi.
the propert and the service are par excellence . would recommend to all travelling to guangzhou to visit the hotel for a fantastic stay.

The location is not so well. hard to get taxi but the shopping mall is in walling distance.

A bit cold in the lobby when we were having the tea.
I would say the room is JUST OKAY. you need to have a higher floor the view is better.
But i like the Grill french restaurant a lot. not very crowed like another western restaurant.
the manager there is really sweet and helpful. she can speak good english(others not so well)

the french bar was really nice, we odered food there as well. worth to try it.

Great hotel in general, food was good, decoration was beautiful. A grand hotel. The service can be improved so that guests can feel truly welcomed and taken care of. Other than that, great hotel.

Maybe big hotels like this is no longer my type, just a personal preference. For a big hotel like this, it's hard to staffs to pay attention to every guests and to really get to know them and know what they want and need and really to get the best value out of the experience.
