The hotel itself was ok (our room was quite good) but it is far from anywhere to eat or drink, have a coffee etc. and most of the attractions that a foreign tourist would be interested in are the other side of the river. It would not be so bad if the hotel had some sort of transport or was helpful in ordering taxis, but most of the staff that we met spoke no English and were quite unhelpful when it came to ordering taxis. Two of the staff were actually very unhelpful, there was no effort to try and give any service. As it is not that close to a main road, it is not even easy to try and find a cab on the street yourself. Be warned, the walk across the bridge to the other side is a long half hour walk with heavy traffic thundering past you. The hotel charges extra if you check in early.

Room Tip: Make sure your room is far from the area where they seem to host loud weddings constantly

This is rather new and small hotel close to downtown.
15 minutes by taxi from Moskovsky railway station and roughly 40 mins - 1 hour from city airport.
It is in quiet district, but rather far from anywhere, so if you dont like walking - you should take a taxi. There are no any attractions in the vicinity, except orthodox cathedral next door. And river port :)

Room Tip: all rooms are big enough. But most of ground floor rooms faces parking. so dont be surpriced, whatched by visitors through your windows. restaurant closes at 10 pm. breakfast a la carte but it is well enough. dinner better to have somewhere in the city.
